The builder and home occupant was more than happy that considering this being a model home with lights on all day and potential customers coming in and out all day they never did excede $200 a month utility bills on average.

Needless to say once the builder experienced the performance of this house he was a full convert to the Korbin way of insulating to provide the most efficient thermal envelope available.
